Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Leveling Up AI(the “Service”), operated by Senergy Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login, and do not let others use your access to our paid content.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Membership and billing

Free and paid plans

We offer a free plan with access to selected courses, and a paid membership that unlocks all course tracks. Current pricing is shown on our membership page.

Subscriptions renew automatically

• Paid memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Founding member pricing: if you join at a founding rate, that rate stays the same for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the then-current price applies.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. We do not provide partial-period refunds.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a genuine problem with the Service — contact support@levelingupai.com and we will work with you in good faith.

Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect. Founding rates are honoured as described above.

3. Course content and licence

All courses, lessons, videos, text, graphics, and software on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not:

• Copy, download (except where we clearly offer a download), record, re-upload, resell, or redistribute our content.
• Share your account, or give others access to paid material without paying for it.
• Use our content to build a competing course or product, or scrape it in bulk (including for training machine-learning models).

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Service so the community works as intended.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• Is spam, a scam, chain marketing, or unsolicited promotion.
• Contains malware, or attempts to exploit or attack the Service.
• Shares another member's private information.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create accounts by automated means, use bots, or evade a ban (including by using alternative email addresses or IP addresses).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass security or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, if your payment fails, or if we reasonably believe your use harms other members or the Service. Where practical we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

If we terminate a paid account for a serious breach, no refund is due. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

7. Educational purpose and no guarantees

Our courses are for educational purposes only. We teach skills for working with AI tools; we do not promise any particular outcome — including income, employment, business results, or exam or certification success. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Content about third-party tools (including Claude and the Anthropic API) is our independent educational material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, and their tools may change in ways outside our control.

8. Third-party services

The Service links to and embeds third-party services such as Stripe, Vimeo, YouTube, and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may run maintenance, change features, or update or retire courses over time.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in [COUNTY, STATE] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court.
